Learn strategies and approaches to improve four crucial areas in a collaborative, cohort-based environment: Efficiency, Accountability, Communication, and Leadership. These help you get more done in less time and collaborate better with others.
Learning Objectives
Session 1 – Elevating your HEART rate: Efficiency 101 Understand the importance of efficiency, the habits of highly efficient people, the power of shortcuts, and tips and tricks for improving efficiency |

Session 2 – Cross your HEART: Accountability 101 Understand the importance of accountability, the steps to accountability, the habits of highly accountable people, and the power of feedback |

Session 3 – Speak from your HEART: Communication 101 Understand the importance of communication, the habits of great communicators, tips and tricks for communicating efficiently, and strategies for structuring teams, meetings, and learning new languages |

Session 4 – Lead from your HEART: Leadership 101 Understand the importance of leadership, the habits of great leaders, how to build strong relationships, and thoughts on managing teams |
