XLEV8 EXCEL PRODUCT MANUAL
SELECT TO BOTTOM
Details
What it does
Allows you to select all cells from the currently selected cell(s) to the bottom cell used in the column(s) – similar to the Ctrl-Shift-Down Arrow shortcut, but it will select over blanks. It can also toggle through two other bottom cells – the bottom cell in the column to the left, and the bottom cell across all used columns.
When to use it
When working with data and selecting to the bottom of the column(s) (or other columns used in your worksheet), this is an efficient way to select it, even if there are many blanks in the column(s).
Why to use it
It’s easier and quicker than using the mouse and built-in keyboard shortcuts, and offers three toggle ranges in one shortcut to help you select data in one or more columns, including blanks.
