(A) Consulting hours can be prepaid (similar to a retainer) to secure a lower billing rate, and provide advance approval to complete employee requests to prevent delays. Clients often purchase blocks of 50-100 hours of consulting/project work when scheduling training courses because of the significant automation opportunities that employees often share after completing training courses.
