Several of these will help you address risk, and several allow you to format cells (conditionally and fixed) much faster. There are also a couple that will help you save a lot of time working with formulas. Flip through the screenshots or descriptions below to learn more, or better yet, try them all out for yourself free for 30 days!
New Features
Toggle Spilled Formula
Modifies the active cell formula to make it a spillable array by converting non-array cell references to array-based reference, or toggling back to non-spilling cell references. This is a great, quick way to make formulas dynamic and automatically update as your data changes or grows.
Toggle Hidden Cells
Allows you to quickly and easily toggle hidden columns and rows in the active sheet or all sheets by using a hidden settings sheet. It can also be used to build a list of columns and rows to hide in one bulk step. This is extremely useful for addressing risk by quickly finding hidden columns/rows, and quickly showing or hiding them.
Toggle Hidden Sheets
Allows you to quickly and easily toggle hidden sheets by using a hidden settings sheet. It can also be used to build a list of sheets to hide in one bulk step. This is extremely useful for addressing risk by quickly finding hidden sheets, and quickly showing or hiding them.
Search Formulas
Allows you to save your favorite formulas for reuse. It uses an auto-complete search form find the formulas to reuse.
Create Data Table
When provided with a list of data points across 2+ columns, this will create a unique list of all combinations of those data points. It’s very useful for taking a list of data and multiplying it for each location, line item, time period, etc., such as when making a budget.
Bulk Format Cells
Uses a settings sheet to update formats across multiple cells in one bulk step. It can update formats across multiple files, then save and close those files after updating. This makes it easy to make bulk updates and reuse those efforts.
Copy Multi Clipboard
Uses a settings sheet to add multiple items to the clipboard so they can quickly be pasted during presentations, demos, etc.
Pause Conditional Formats
Toggles pausing conditional formatting in the active sheet or all sheets. Because conditional formatting overrides fixed formatting, this can be very useful for reviewing without the conditional formatting in place, then re-applying it once finished.
CF Highlight Errors
Applies conditional formatting to the selected range that highlights any cells containing formula errors as the resulting cell value.
CF Highlight Text Lengths
Applies conditional formatting to the selected range that highlights any cells containing values with certain text lengths (uses operators =, <>, >, >=, <, <=).
CF Highlight Hard Coded Formulas
Applies conditional formatting to the selected range that highlights any cells containing formulas with any hard-coded values in the formula parts.
Set Conditional Formatting Defaults
Allows you to set your preferred colors for several different conditional formatting options in standalone macros and options in the Conditional Formatting Picker macro.
