Prerequisites<\/strong>
Select the cells(s) you want to apply a cell style to (or set a favorite\/custom-defined cell style from).<\/p>\n
Instructions
<\/strong>With cell(s) selected per the prerequisites above, run the Cell Style Picker<\/strong> macro.\u00a0 It will present your five favorite\/custom-defined cell styles with a label and the cell style code.\u00a0 Just enter the corresponding number (1, 2, 3, 4, or 5) and click enter to run.\u00a0 That\u2019s it!<\/span>.<\/p>\n
Like most of the picker macros, you can set the default number to apply so you don\u2019t even have to enter the number \u2013 just the Enter key.\u00a0 Just enter your preferred default number, then click the default checkbox, and that number becomes the new default.\u00a0 To change the cell style options, follow the instructions below.<\/p>\n
To change the five default cell styles, there are two options:<\/p>\n

Use the\u00a0<\/span>Cell Style Picker<\/strong>.\n
\n
Set a cell style to the style you want to use as a favorite\/toggle.\u00a0 Run the\u00a0<\/span>Cell Style Picker<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>macro.<\/li>\n
In the text box, enter X, then a space, then DEFAULT# where # is the corresponding picker # (1 through 5).\u00a0 Example: Enter \u201cX DEFAULT1\u201d to apply the active cell\u2019s style to option #1 and you would just enter 1 in the picker to set that style, or use the\u00a0<\/span>Toggle Cell Style<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>macro for that as the first toggle value.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
Use the\u00a0<\/span>Assign Macro Defaults<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>macro.\n

Run the\u00a0<\/span>Assign Macro Defaults<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>macro.\u00a0 It will take a few seconds to export all default values to a new sheet in the active workbook.<\/li>\n
Search for \u201cToggle Cell Style\u201d in the newly created sheet.\u00a0 Follow the instructions in the cell comments to set one or more default cell styles.<\/li>\n
